If the club didnt want to sell harry then why did they chase hull down the street reducing the asking price a 100,000 grand a paving slab

Harry - as I said, Harry wanted to go. I'd rather have players that want to play for us
Brayford and Coady - we enquired on the availability of Brayford, perhaps he's not for sale just now. Coady, again, perhaps he's out of our price range. Wallace seems to be the replacement for Coady.
Cash doesn't necessarily equal success.
Perhaps you could answer the questions on what we've spent

We bid for coady he wanted to play championship and there's no point bidding for a player if your not gonna get him! We've kept asking Cardiff and he's there first choice right back so chill your beans

it is very disappointing we havent spent £150 to 200 million on new players, just because our season tickets arent £1000 each like clubs that do pay that is no excuse , whos spending all the sky money

Last season was a season split into 2 parts. The Weir Shite and the Clough Godlike genius.
3 of the best players we had last year have now gone -Harry, Coady and Brayford. Why they have gone is now irrelevent. If we could get either Coady (off to Hudds probably) or Brayford (Cardiff seem to want him now) then great but I don't think it will happen.
No one on here knows what discussion were had with any of these players or their clubs.
These aren't easy to replace, so I am not believing that we will walk the league as Champions like a few do, It will be hard and as the same time as last year we have to hope that Clough has kept his magic hat on and can follow on from last season.
I think the Op is badly phrased (sorry Judge) but I seem to follow the gist of it. Worried about these not being replaced by a like for like quality.
Trepidation for the season without these players is what I have ( a little).And excitement.
But at the mo' I believe in what the club and Cloughie are doing
I hope that the players brought in end up being godlike genius's like Brayford.
