He's from London yes.

But Palace play 4-3-3, and just signed Batshuayi for Brewster's central position. So fingers crossed.
Fingers crossed, it was Brewster that mentioned it apparently though?

So are we getting both? We could do with it since we lack quality up top especially with Moose injured

Even the clubs official twitter account has tweeted we've made a bid. They've never done that before. I sense smoke and mirrors

Wonder if we have made an improved bid? No point leaving it with them if it was laughed out of the office yesterday.

Similar to a Berge situation where if we go early we can sign him. We probably won’t get the chance when he’s able to speak to clubs in Jan. I’d imagine a deal worth 8-10m would be enough for Arsenal to reluctantly accept due to contract situation. Just whether he’s a gamble worth taking.

Brighton did something similar, signing Tariq Lamptey for 5m in Jan when he only had 6months left and him having played very limited first team football. That has paid off quite well for them already, I think it’s a gamble that could be worth it and he fits the profile of striker we need.

Totally agree. It's a gamble worth taking for such a young hotshot who technically fits the description of what we need.

Lamptey a decent comparison as well - he's already seen his value shoot up, they'd probably sell at a £25m profit if they sold him tomorrow.

Not sure that's a reliable source.

But when the player posted the sand timer emoji (in reply to news about Aubameyang signing)... I did assume it meant he was signing a new deal too.

Arsenal do need money in the short term. Maybe they'd accept 7-10 mill for a hot prospect, in the way we sold Ramsdale to Bournemouth.

Possibly but if he’s signing a new deal suppose they then value him higher than they already did

They needed the money if they don’t want to lose him on a free in 3 months
This as well. But also they've laid off 50 staff and given Auba a huge new deal. Plus they reportedly want to sign important first team players still, such as a strong midfielder.

Yeah almost definitely. Unless maybe it is to justify their initial £15mill quote. Long shot.
