I won't rise to your childish nonsense, Oliver. But I can't let this particular Olle gem slip away unnoticed.
You mean you'll ignore my pertinent points in fear of losing the argument. Nice bit of cherry picking there by the way. Here's my original post:
agree with super_pig and alcoblade to an extent. Stats can be misleading. Looking at Paul Ifill's stats in 05/06 you would think he was one of the players of year. Yet take away his goals and assists and he was awful. But that statement sounds contradictory, as he helped us to win games. Flynn has helped us to win games and we would not be where we are now without him. Whether or not we could find someone better and if we need someone to put the win up him (and Blackman) are different matters. An injection of pace and creativity out wide, whether as competition for places or direct replacement, would be very healthy. Oh and I doubt Flynn will play higher than this level. If he bulked up, grew in confidence (therefore ran at his man a bit more) and got stuck in he may make lower leve Championship. Some big if's there mind.
Look at the points in bold. In line with your argument actually. My point was that stats can be misleading.
