So they're injured, anybody know what's up, cos there's a few rumours about??

Can see Freeman going back to QPR after Osborn’s performance last night. Not heard anything about Fleck other than him being injured, can you fill in the gaps?

I like Freeman, he's less workmanlike than Osborne but he's beautiful on the ball.

Wilder says they're out for a few weeks.

With fleck out I wanted freeman in until I realised he was also injured.

Osborne was class last night though. I think we are absolutely fine for next season at LCM if all three are still here.

All had their wages doubled by the Pigs.

When the big clubs come calling......

I honestly think the likes of Freeman and Callum Robinson were bought with a "if we go down we will have a fucking great Championship team" in mind. However we have perforned above that and now their opportunities have been limited.

I do really like Freeman and would love to keep him as back up but could well see him being loaned out next season until January now we have seen Osborne is probably ahead of him in the pecking order there.

Fleck has obviously been injured for the ganes he has played since the restart explaining his lack of usual drive and engine. Be tempted to keep the same midfield for Sunday and not rush anyone back even if they report fit.

Fleck obviously wasn't fit against Newcastle, Man Utd and Arsenal so wise to give him a couple of weeks to get him 100%.
After 2-3 weeks off, no surprise that JOC is taking a while to regain fitness
Lundstram was obviously struggling on Sun - I thought at the time he may have done his collarbone. No surprise he didn't feature last night.
This is Freeman's first injury whilst at Utd

Really no basis for all the conspiracy theorists

Course there's a few rumours about, especially if you listen to the mongaloids on VIP Blades

It makes the decision to keep playing Fleck all the more strange. Really surprised Freeman did not start any of those 3 games.

Wasn’t it you that started the same innuendo about O’Connell?
Nope, I started nothing, I simply shared the info going round on Twatter and asked if there was any truth in it.
Same here.
I've not asked if they're leaving, just what's happened to them?

Could you share a couple of choice rumours just so I don’t have to venture on to VIP Blades please?

I wonder if there is something is happening with these two, I've got no evidence but it seems strange that after having no injuries (few anyhow) for such a long time, suddenly we have loads. Chris normally will never normally answer timescales for players out either which is unusual.

Is CW dropping Fleck but doesnt want to say it in public or is he being sold. Hes been poor since the restart and looks disinterested atm. Freeman not featuring hardly at all so he must (maybe) have got injured in training?

The upside is that Osborn was outstanding v Tott and was MOTM for me.

Every cloud.

Or maybe they've picked up injuries which will keep them out for a few weeks

For what it’s worth I’ve not heard owt concrete about their futures, does that help with the facts?

If Fleck was leaving then Wilder wouldn't have already risked playing him.

The players have gone from not playing or properly training for the longest time in their adult lives, to full contact training and playing 2 Premier League games a week.

I’m not in the slightest bit surprised some are picking up knocks, niggles and injuries, especially someone like Fleck who is non stop, all over the pitch for 90m+ every single game.

Look at the tweet from Burnley; they’ve a load out as well.

Fleck was in the stand watching. Must mean he was saying his last goodbye. Or he had a knock and wanted to watch.
Best find out on Twitter.

Woah. Let's not let common sense and sports science get in the way of a good conspiracy theory!!

Has anyone considered that Fleck and Freeman might be lizard people? No reason to think they are but Fleck is Scottish and I know the Freemasons are heavily involved with the lizard people conspiracy. If Wilder's discovered a Masonic plot but Knill's an Illuminati then it would perfectly explain them suddenly sidelining a top performer.

Could also be that clubs and physios everywhere were warning that we'd see a lot of minor niggles with so little prep time and so many games but has anyone ever seen a lizard and our club physio in the same room at the same time? Suspicious.

Top 5 United batshit conspiracy theories:
  • Football Authorities Vendetta Against United
  • The Star & Radio Sheffield‘s Anti-United Agenda
  • New Newcastle owners blackmailing Prince Abdullah
  • Jags deliberate handball to seal dream Everton move
  • Fleck & L.Freeman: Lizards?
The only unfortunate thing is 4 of the 5 have been posted as serious suggestions.

Fleck and Freeman have bought a cocktail bar together in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach I think. They've given up football in order to get ready for lockdown being lifted and the influx of holidaymakers.

That was actually a cardboard cut out of John Fleck in the south stand yesterday in order to fool us.

They’ve taken my booking!
