For me the first big decision Jokanovic faces is deciding whether to retain the likes of Fleck, Norwood and Stevens, as they've been consistently shite for a season and a half. Personally I say retain as squad players but bring in replacements and don't let them start. Make them work their arses off for the shirt.

Fresh blood to start again. To be honest though, if Norwood left I couldn't care less.

Is this the same Norwood that's got promoted pretty much every time he's been in the championship? The same Norwood that SJ wanted to sign permanently for Fulham?

It does make sense...he looked brilliant when Jokanovic had him at Fulham when they beat us 5-4 at the Lane.
He then joined Spurs 2 years ago and his Career has gone backwards...making just 6 appearances.
He was out on loan at a lowly German club (Hoffenheim) last season so looks like he’s not in their plans.
He’s a left wing back so would be replacing Enda Stevens.
