Happy birthday Breadbrain :thumbup::thumbup:

:thumbup:cheers raul wish i was at t'lane now or outside moorfoot drinking smoothflow

Hmmmmmm.

Shouldn't you be drinking smoothflow with Brownlad/Brownieblade/Bash and all his other Owlstalks alias outside the Moorfoot?

As a co-incidence it is also the birthday of an old poster who i used to joust with on a message board but the moderators deleted my posts and let him keep his, hypocriscy i wonder. All mods are the same peeps, they always delete my posts because i've got an alternative view.

All mods are the same and they don't like the truth, so they end up deleting what i have to say and let their mates do what they want, and i know what the truth us.

Anyway i'm off to see my ol' friend Psychic Edna in Hitchin. She is one interesting lady, apparantly she predicted all the results in the Liectenstein Second Division one weekend which is a league which of great interest to me.

See even your birthday has made the news elsewhere mate

My birthday is 7th May so we were relegated on my birthday in 1994. Thankfully it will all be over before my birthday this year!

Mine is May 7th too. I remember 1994 well. When I heard the news I stomped out of a birthday dinner with friends and went to a pub on my own.

I remember it well.

At the time i was doing my GCSE's so i decided to spend the afternoon doing some revision and listening to the match on the radio. So i ended up making a half-arsed attempt whilst listening to most of it on the radio that afternoon, and when Mark Stein scored i wasn't quite sure about how it had affected us, so i went downstairs and watch the billyprinter with my old man to try and get some info, and somehow thought we was safe for a couple of minutes until the reality set in, and i saw that we had gone down. I could feel myself welling up with tears but didn't want to burst in to tears in front of my old man, so i ended up taking the dog for a walk and as soon as i got out of the house i burst in to tears, and ended up going for a mammoth walk around Greno Woods with the dog, i just didn't want to see anyone as i knew that i would have the piss ripped out me.

The most painful relegation i've seen was the one where we dropped from the Premiership in 2007. Everything about that weekend was fucking horrible, the weather, the match, i'd found out the day before one of my mates had commited suicide. After the match i ended up staying out all night just getting pissed for the sake of getting pissed.
