Chelsea are looking to send Tomori out on loan to a Premier League club for this upcoming season. He was outstanding against us when Derby beat us at their place and he scooped their Player of the Year award too.

He's strong, athletic, has pace and reads a game very well. When questioned recently on where he's next looking to strengthen Wilder referenced midfield and "another area" and went on to mention "right centre half."

We have one loan left to use and Tomori could be a good option to come in and compete with Basham, who could struggle to cope defensively next season and who I don't think we have ample cover for (to me, Jags covers Egan).

Thoughts?

Bit suspect at DCFC last season. Played with a lot of heart but made a lot of mistakes. Don't think we can afford to develop him.

Would cost more than Tomori and don’t arsenal want to sell him?
They gave him a new 4 year contract last summer before he went to Fulham I believe. They may want to sell him permanently, but I don't think anyone will be paying what they probably want, £15m or so. So a loan will probably come to fruition for him. Whether that's with us or not is a different story.

I thought he was very good against us but I confess I haven't seen him much apart from that.

He's not prem quality. He's a decent championship player. Even if we failed promotion, i'd think our sights should be set higher.

Considering he's seemingly so highly rated, he's been absolutely awful every time I've seen him play. I thought he was a mistake waiting to happen in the 3-1 game at BDTBL and stood out as easily the worst player on the pitch.

Rumoured to be Jansson's replacement at Leeds which I'd be delighted about if true as he'll no doubt leak plenty of goals.

Everton looking at loaning him according to SSN.

TOFFEES EYE TOMORI
Everton
are exploring a potential loan deal for Chelsea’s Fikayo Tomori, Sky Sports News understands.
The Toffees’ first choice has been to re-sign Kurt Zouma but, with the deal stalling, they are considering England U21 international Tomori instead.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Derby where he achieved promotion under Frank Lampard, who is now in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Tomori is a product of the Chelsea academy and, having also spent time on loan at Brighton and Hull in the Championship, looks set for his first full season in the Premier League.

My Mrs and daughter are going to be over the fucking moon to discover they were promoted

Not sure if he would come here, safest thing is to party like there's no Tomori.

He's terribad.

Chelsea will be lucky if anyone takes him in the Prem, the Championship looked beyond him a lot of the time.

Like having your Nissan GTR stolen and replacing it with a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe.
Gotta love the Cozy Coupe 😍, although my son decided to climb on top of his, promptly slide off and broke his shoulder blade 😰UTB
