I was beginning to think there was something about blades despising Rangers as have no reason why I should but I do! Looks like it’s broader than that though and we’re a mixed bunch which makes more sense.

Scottish football doesn't really hold any interest for me .
Id always want rangers to beat Celtic , I wanted Hearts to win the league.
But its all based on bigotry, even in Edinburgh

in mitigation, I know quite a few Celtic fans and their nationalism and alignment with the Irish Republican cause against the English is a significant tribal mindset. Let's put it this way, their knowledge of Republican lore and songs isn't something to ignore. They also seem to be fond of flying Palestinian flags at matches.

I would have liked to have seen another team than the same Glasgow two win the SPL, over and above any dislike of Celtic.
