Yes, it was all good, other than the loud idiots that started booing when Sharp’s number came up. We continue to have a minority of brainless idiots that follow us. It was a shame seeing so many take the opening goal as an opportunity to lay into the players rather than seek to lift them, the away end was otherwise silent till the equaliser.

It’s easy singing when you’re winning and spirits are high. Singing when you’re not is what we need to be better at.

Some past players frustrated me for many years but not once did I abuse them during the game.

Apart from scoring [which is vital and not to be under-estimated] Sharp was pretty anonymous. Leon at least ensured the centre-backs had a physical challenge now and then. There is no excuse for abusing our own players during a game. What short memories, eh, or is it simply empty skull cavities? Leon doesn't pick the team or make the substitutions. One minute they are saluting Tufty as one of our own, the next booing him for doing his job.

I'm perfectly calm, in fact. The 'frustrated' amoeba were not. I repeat what I said about them, but even more calmly. I've encountered them and their type many times at Blades games. They are self-entitled imbeciles and a complete embarrassment to our club.

Game of two halfs for me with regards to Clarke, he seemed quite anonymous in the first half and made a real hash of that run he made across the box, but in the second half his workrate improved and he did well with the chance he created.
