As if the fixture wasn't unattractive enough, that kickoff time is diabolical.

£5 tickets or you can forget it.

The League is the bread and butter and what in the modern age you are judged on, the cup runs were fun but the League..

..shambles of a summer transfer window (only rivalled by the 2025 one)
..negative tactics in League games.. “don’t lose the point you start with”
..weird obsession with Chasing certain names, O’Grady, Brayford, leaving us with no options when the deals couldn’t be done.
..Signing Higdon and making him captain
..bursting the budget and leaving us in a soft embargo
..suggesting we get rid of the Academy to save money..

Quite honestly I was delighted when he was sacked.. yes we still had the season of doofus Adkins to endure but another season or two of Clough would have finished us off.

Ricky summed him up well. Stubborn dickhead who’s football knowledge stemmed small towns on the A38. They asked him what he’d change in his 3rd season and he said nothing, hence why he was fired.

How much do we reckon the tickets will be? Can't be more than a tenner
The £15 against Palace wasn’t unreasonable however just after the Christmas break unless you have a dodgy Dave special box TNT is about £32 per month as an add on to Prime (presuming you have that)) if not add another £9, if the ticket prices are too steep and with the kick off time as it is, you could activate the subscription on Boxing Day and cancel it. You would then get all the festive football and FA Cup games too and a potentially few others towards the mid to end of January. No queues, no shit beer and service in the ground and enjoy it at home.
