But not loyal enough to become a member then at the start of the season?[/QUOTE]
As I said 'Forgot' - Its not automatically renewable and it was never pointed out when he gives his customer number when purchasing tickets over the phone - Indeed when I asked the ticket office about the number of points both he and I have accumulated I was given the figure - it was never pointed out that he had not renewed his membership this year !

I got stuck on the payment processing screen 1st time around (on my iphone) but got sorted no probs on the laptop.

I've only received one confirmation email so I'm assuming I've only bought one ticket!
That's what happened to me wouldn't accept my credit card , ( wish that would happen when our lass is out with it  ) after 2 hours rang the club done and dusted , and payments screen was still frozen after ringing the club and getting tickets .

Drove past an hour ago and the queue had disappeared on Shoreham & Cherry Street. However, the litter left was abysmal :-(

My card details were OK but it just froze saying "Processing".
I think it may have been something to do with me using my iphone.
The card processed in a few seconds when I used my laptop, and it flashed up one of these card anti fraud screens in the process. It didn't get that far on my phone.

hi kent, hope youve managed to get through, im only 10 mins from the lane if you need some assistance from the motherland.
Hi CarlingBlade
Just to confirm that we got 5 tickets yesterday morning for the game. Thank you for your offer of help though must appreciated. We got in the £50 section above club Wembley having a side view from the penalty line.
Looks like good seats even if they are high up.
Good to see you back posting on the board after a little absence.
Good sensible and well thought views like yours make good reading.

I was given the knock back on Thursday as my son had thousands of 'Loyalty Points' but had forgot to renew his membership this year and despite him having been to many games this year home and away his 'Loyalty Points ' counted for nothing !
I had to get two tickets on my membership card and then go back today to get him two on general sale - As he lives near London and given the number of games he attends year in year out their doesn't appear much consideration for 'Loyalty'

I think this is one of those unfortunate instances where the loyalty points total is cancelled out by a smaller total of incompetence points. The membership scheme has been around for years now, and has always been something you have to buy at the start of the season. You can get quite a lot of that £20 back over the season with savings on tickets too, so if he's been attending quite a few games this season it sounds like he'll have missed out on that too!

I'm not going due to my own collection of lack-of-faith points - stupidly timing a year-long move to Canada before the end of the football season. When I organised it at the start of December, it didn't look as though I was going to be missing out on anything other than a nervy relegation scrap. How wrong I was...

Forgive me - and I'm not getting at the people queuing, I'm glad there's tickets for everyone who wants to go and I know circumstances differ for all - but if they were "hardcore Blades", surely they would have had some loyalty points and not had to wait for general sale?

Hardcore in the sense that they stayed out all night in the cold to get a ticket Linz! I'm with you on this one, the majority will have been those who dusted off the old replica shirts and jumped back on the band-waggon with the exception being some of those who needed more tickets than the allocation.

Great news Kent, delighted you can make the trip to Wembley and that the whole family have a ticket.

I'm in the £40 seats so if you see someone arriving late looking a little worse for wear it could be me.

As for well thought out and sensible posts, wait until I get into my groove and start shooting for the hip, then again none of those fro the other side of the city post on here.

All the best.
