Shoreham Street - Til Death Us Do Part
Fourth Round dates:
First and foremost the 4th round ties are to be played on the 25th / 26th January 2014 which is a bit of a ballache forthose of us who are going to Colchester away. That place has to be one of the worse away days in my opinion with it's middle of nowhere industrial estate location and feel to it. Doing it on a Saturday is bad enough but now it looks destine to be rescheduled for a mid-weeker which for me spells a day off work as it will be a latish one.
Fourth Round balls:
Coventry City
Yeovil Town
Liverpool or Oldham Athletic
Nottingham Forest or West Ham United
Bristol City or Watford
Southend United
Hull City
Crystal Palace
Kidderminster Harriers or Peterborough United
Stevenage
Stoke City
Southampton
Cardiff City
Rochdale
Wigan Athletic or Milton Keynes Dons
Charlton Athletic or Oxford United
Manchester United or Swansea City
Port Vale or Plymouth Argyle
Norwich City or Fulham
Sheffield United
Macclesfield Town or Sheffield Wednesday
Sunderland or Carlisle United
Bolton Wanderers
Blackburn Rovers or Manchester City
Everton
Brighton & Hove Albion
Arsenal
Birmingham City or Bristol Rovers or Crawley Town
Huddersfield Town
Ipswich Town or Preston North End
Derby County or Chelsea
AFC Bournemouth or Burton Albion
TV Coverage / Prize Pot:
Should we be fortunate enough to draw a "Millionaires play thing" team from the top flight and get selected for TV coverage then we instantly pocket £144,000, let's face it with 16 games to be drawn and considering our league position and the fact we just beat one premiership opponent, with the usual coverage of around 5-6 games I would say our 1 in 3 chance of being on the box looks very good but never the less I will still be there home or away. The Prize pot for winning and getting through the fourth round to the last 16 of the competition is £90,000.
