Watched todays game with a tear in my eye but, ultimately, with some hope for the future. We can’t define our team on the basis of currently playing in a league that is way beyond our financial, technical, emotional or physical level. We all said at the beginning of the season that as long as we played with some pride, passion and belief then we would accept relegation and build for the coming years. Well for the large part we haven’t done that all season but we did it today. It has been torrid, humiliating and embarrassing this season and I have hated every minute of it. But today it was ok, we didn’t lose and we were playing against some truly world class footballing athletes. Yes we chucked it away again but f*** it we go again next season and let’s look forward to doing to others what has been done to us this year. We arent Premiership quality or anywhere near. We may never will be. However, having stood on the terraces of Torquay, Hartlepool, Aldershot et al in the pissing rain in our wilderness years and thinking will we ever see glory again, f*** it I will take being a Championship heavyweight any day.

After the recent home shockers, I really enjoyed today. Goals, controversy, excitement, anger at the officials and VAR and I stayed until the end and clapped the lads off.

Aye still a better experience today than a 6-0 thrashing. At least it was entertaining. Can't believe we're still getting 30k through the gates
Are we getting 30k through the gate ? lots of empty seats in the South Stand

Hi Stegosaurus here,

If it was Wednesday in Prem, they'd be getting 35k through the gate. And many more lining up outside just in case.

Watch the gazza documentary pigs v spurs the pig sty as not changed and there are thousands of empty seats not the 50000 you seam to think they would get

Loads of Americans, Germans and Dutch in the BL upper tier on Saturday

There can’t have been 30k there, there were loads of empty seats, which is strange because when you log on to buy tickets there were hardly anything left, but when you see motd there were thousands of empty seats🤷‍♂️

Includes all season tickets seat empty or not

If season ticket holders aren't going to the games there should be a scheme for these tickets to be sold on, lots of clubs do this.

Hillsborough's effective capacity has slowly decreased due to safety measures and currently no more than 33,800 tickets can be sold for any match

Are you taking 5000 to QPR ?
