Really looking forward to this one. Just watched CW's post match interview again and I think Reading are gonna get it! The hornets nest has been well and truly stirred so to speak.

My team ... Would like to hear your thoughts...Screenshot_20200224-110754~2.png

Hendo or Verrips to be fair. Osborn for Ends. Restos gets his debut.
Would give Norwood a rest and play Berge in that position. Will need a different style of play though as Norwood is a footballing QB whereas Berge is a ball carrier.
McGoldrick and Mousse up front.

Play our strongest team and leave nothing to chance. Treat the game like it’s a PL fixture and we should be through to the next round.
No one needs resting, if anything they need to get the cobwebs blown away before Villa, they’ve hardly played this month.

If we actually want to win the cup and it's a yes from me...........play the recognised first team and take zero chances.

Watched Reading a few times since we drew them, including the game at S6.

Seriously, they aren't good. We need to turn up, play our usual game and outplay them in every aspect.

As this stage of the season in the prem games and the cup, the 2nd sting are in case players get injured - then they can come and play.

Our fitness levels on Saturday were the same as all through the season, we aren't burning out because we've not had the large number of games that we had at Championship level.

Lets credit the backroom people for this - there's no reason to start with tinkering about.

UTB

Moose and Didz up front and the normal team would suit me fine. Maybe Lunny and Ozzy Osborn in too.

I think Restos is guaranteed to start. Same can be argued for Zivkovic... Although I want to see the Didzy/mouse combo again.

Berge needs games with the players he'll be interacting with the most, so for me, Baldock, and Norwood play.

Retsos debut, Egan, JOC, Osborn make up the rest of the backline, Moose and McG up top.

Hopefully we rest most of the first team players and focus on the league.

I think we'll see fringe players. Not too sure that say Rodwell, Robinson and K Freeman will play. I do expect to see Retsos, Zivkovic, Besic and possibly L Freeman in the team.

With what wilder has been saying I can’t see anymore than 3/4 changes. Id like to see Berge in the Norwood role, aswell as Freeman playing the Duffy role

I’m not sure what Wilder will do, but I’d go for something like this:
Henderson
Panos Jags O’Connell
Baldock Berge Norwood Freeman Osborn
Mousset McGoldrick
Subs:
Verrips, Basham, Robinson, Lundstrum, Fleck, Zivkovic, Sharp;
Perhaps look to swap Basham with Panos, to keep more fluency in the team?

Well we’ve got an absolute golden opportunity to get into the Quarter Finals. A home draw in that and then who knows...

The only downside is that a victory would bump the Manure game to midweek (although it may be anyway, if they beat Derby). And possibly Wolves after that.

If you want to see a cup final you dont experiment in a game you could lose if your not at it.Probably will make one or two changes but the balance has to be right not a gamble.
Wilder can see this is a real opportunity to get to the 6th round and beyond now we have no lingering relegation fears.

I'm convinced we will get to the FA Cup Final.... and it will be postponed due to the coronavirus!

Naaaa we don’t want to go to Wembley, we would only leave on 80 mins , it’s a fucking long way home and all that

The first XI have not got much i the way of PL football right now. Put most of them on against Reading, as a warm up for the Villa game.
Still fighting on two fronts at this stage of the season. Who’d a thunk it?

I'm convinced CWAK are gonna want to see some of the fringe/new lads play.
