I think the only way round it should be instant demotion to the bottom division for the offending team. As taking away points during or the season after will always have a negative/positive effect depending on time scales.

Instant demotion to the bottom division would mean punishment no matter the timescale.

You'll always get people "playing the system", as someone pointed out above re: Leeds.

Yes it would be better but I don’t think it’s as easy as some people think.

The whole random points deductions for breaching FFP have been a farce and something needs to be done about that.

With respect to administration however there are set points deductions for this and I think a cut off point is probably the right way to go where by of administration happens after a certain date, then the deduction comes into effect the following season.

I'm not sure Everton will be deducted anymore points as there is a conspiracy to keep them in the Premier League..

I think we should get a different prince, one with a few quid in his pocket and only concentrates on one club.
