These are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities and the EFL condemns in the strongest possible terms the reckless actions of individuals who have brought the game into disrepute with this unacceptable behaviour. The League is working closely with the Police and Clubs, offering its full support to the ongoing investigations.

Not sure how anybody can expect Forest to be charged with anything. It was obviously all our own fault our players got assaulted and involved in skirmishes with opposition fans who were minding their own business and just wanted to celebrate a promotion with their players on the pitch.

If Billy Sharp hadn’t been stood there, right in the Forest fans path, there wouldn’t have been a problem.

As for Brewster and McBurnie, words fail me. What the hell did they think they were doing responding like that to a couple of Forest fans who were politely making it clear who’d got through to the final?

Just don’t know what United fans expect these days.

Only people who is not allowed on the pitch at anytime is us the supporters. Forest should be shut down for the first 4 home games and pay a big fine.

Given that the only players who have been charged by the police in all these invasion belong to us, then the EFL are probably right to keep out until our cases are dealt with. Then they can take action.

I was thinking the same. While there is a court case ongoing they might not be able to do anything.
