There's only so much you can do with red and white stripes anyway. So the design will be similar or the same to something we've had. I'm more concerned over the quality more than owt. £50 for Adidas vs £50 for Errea.

Yes, as I said, only so much you can do. And the white one was an anniversary kit. Forest had the same one but colours reversed. Diamonds is an anomaly.

I couldn't give a flying one what it looks like, as has been said numerous times my kids will want one whatever, probably all 3 kits and some training gear.

This is my problem. The club is missing out on money because I might not be minded to buy all 3 if they aren't available. It's not very clever from them.

I mean we are an actual professional football club. The season starts today and ours in 3 days and we don't appear to have a football kit. I think that's why people are getting worked up. Not a massive deal but only team in the league not to have one is pretty shoddy

Personally I couldn't give a shiny shit when the kits come out for the fans to buy as I never buy them now (the kids all have retro shirts which they wear instead). But supplier issues aside, it has been a bit of an own goal not having the replica shirts out in the Summer when fans like to buy them for holidays.

Commercially I can't see us selling as many as we would have done if we had them available 4 weeks ago etc. I still don't have a clue what the kits look like (I've heard rumours obviously) but they could have perhaps released details / pictures of this seasons kits officially and let us fans see them before the day of the first game (with the caveat that shirts 'available shortly'). Its all part of the excitement and adds to the build up to the season imo.

Still only a few days to go before I at least see one of our seasons kits unless we are playing in pants, vests and plimsolls v Watford.
