--------it is possible to see a floodlit Bramall Lane. Much easier in the past I would imagine with the pylons. Don`t know about the modern era with all the lights contained in the stadium.

Hyde Park the obvious close location.

My attic window/back garden.

My place of work, 11th (top) floor of the Moorfoot Building. You can see parts of the pitch from there.

(when I can go back there!)

I worked there when it first opened in 1980. I think the highest floor I worked on was the 9th.
Spent much of my 'working' day gazing over BDTBL!
I can imagine the building looks a bit jaded these days.

One of the most beautiful views, not just of BDTBL, but of the city, is travelling down Park Grange Road. Many years ago when our daughter was at Manchester Uni, a couple of her friends came over to stay for the weekend. As I delivered them into town deliberately via Park Grange Road, they commented at the amazing view and said they couldn't believe little old Sheffield could look so fantastic!

Anyone else seen this yet ,whys he facing the wrong way ?

When I lived in Broomhill, I could see the ground from my flat’s balcony.

Can’t remember which hole but one of the holes on Lees Hall golf club, probably not worth having a knock when the floodlights are on though, you’d lose your ball.

Loads of places on the south east side of the city.

Herdings, the top of East Bank Road, the lower end of Park Grange Road, Meersbrook Park, parts of Heeley.

The only elevated place from which to admire BDTBL is..... the back of the Westfield corner, in my seat.

Arts Tower, Western Bank, from memory about Floor 3 up. That view may be obscured by the new student flats near the ground these days.

Geriatric ward int Hallamshire. Yer can die watching over Bramall Lane with an birds eye view.

I used to live on Club Garden Road as a kid. Over in the maisonettes there was a vantage point at the end of a veranda, above where the grocers is now. We used to be able to see onto the kop there, but nothing of the pitch unfortunately. We knew when we'd scored though. Even if it was foggy and we couldn't see we could hear it. This was a long time ago well before the corner was filled in.
