Breaking his neck to get back in the 90th minute to try and block for their 5th goal. Everyone else had pretty much given up and were out on their feet (can't blame them!) - showed just how much it means to him to be our Captain I thought. Well done Doyle specially after all the criticism he has taken season after season from a lot of fans.

Loved it yesterday, onwards and upwards.

I thought the same. One of our eldest players and he had that still in his tank. Great effort from him, so glad to see him pull through a tough couple of seasons and prove so many of us wrong.

I also thought that when huddlestone went through him first half it was an attempt to rattle him to react. Doyle dusted himself down, walked away but the veins in his neck were pumping! 3 months ago he would've reacted. Second half he put a late challenge in on huddlestone, returned the favour in a well judged late tackle
