McCabe said we won't go down.

Seriously though, what's worrying me is that relegation would come as such a shock to K McC that we're completely ill-prepared. Our highest earners are unlikely to have relegation clauses in their contracts because the mere thought of relegation was scoffed at by the short sighted and the board at the start of the season but when you looked at the squad it was always a real possibility.

It's now extremely unlikely that we'll stay up and we'll be stuck paying big wages to sacks of shit like monty because nobody will buy them. The big clear out everybody's looking forward to won't come because we can't afford big money to buy ourselves out of these ridiculous deals.

I'm extremely concerned about our future.

Chin Up Everyone!!!

How can you slag Monty off, there's posters on here who see him as the second coming, some have played 11 a side as well and you can't argue with anybody who's done that now can you?

I seriously wouldn't be suprised to see this club go into administration and maybe even disappear within the next 5 years. We sold our players, didn't replace them, and don't look like we've any intention of replacing them.

A club in decline with no future and no lifeline.

Dont worry we'll have Mongy....

I wonder if people will accept he's really not good enough when we see League 1 teams passing the ball around him watching him chase them around like an over excited puppy.

Unfortunately he's not the only one of our piss poor "Championship" squad that could be found wanting at a lower level next season and getting paid shitloads for the privilege.

The loans might not be such a bad idea after all, at least we're not obligated to pay them next season like we are with our own rubbish.

Without new investment (and preferably the end of the McCabe regime) next season is going to be a struggle. If only Bill Gates was a Blade!

McCabe knows what to do in the event of relegation - we'll appoint a manager nobody would touch with a barge pole and let him buy a load of players we can't afford. Bobby Gould perhaps.

We'll end up with Ronnie Moore. And it's in Alan Lee's dna to play for us before he packs in.
