Dodgy printing on new shirt

It says on website no return or refund or exchange but my shirt is faulty after putting number 10 on the back can i get an exchange ????

Doesn't matter what it states on the website. They have to conform to the sale of goods act.

That's faulty so yeah I think you'll be able to get it sorted.

I think when it comes to no returns with names and numbers, it's if you change your mind - they can't resell a "GAZ 50” shirt, but if they stick the numbers on sideways then you can go and get it replaced, surely.

It's now "the consumer rights act 2015"

The reason for refund would be that:
The shirt "is not of satisfactory quality"
the fact that it has had a number printed on it isn't relevant.
