The mistake by Fleck was that he completely misjudged the drop of the ball.

But in any case, it was a totally embarrassing lack of technique and concentration at that stage of the game.

Fleck has been shite since signing a new 4 year deal. The midfield is a mess and why Wilder didn't do anything about this in the summer is beyond me.

Fleck, categorically is doing his job in covering for the CDM position and is a combination of unlucky and at least a tiny bit naive.

BOTH Norwood & Sander have gone walk about. Perfectly within tolerance of how we set up our midfield.

Being critical of the guy that has quite rightly judged the situation and adopted the “holding” role in this phase is just plain vanilla inaccurate !!!!

Fleck also has no passing options. He's getting closed down quickly by 2 players. Norwood needs to move to give him an option. Even Osbourne could move forward as there is space that side. Norwood just wants him to hoof it, which is how we're currently dealing with things at the moment. Fleck should have done a lot better, that goes without saying, but our individual mistakes are part of a much larger problem.

Another game lost by Flecks mistake, he was ok last season but now looks like a sexually frustrated dwarf playing Sunday league football with a bad hangover, he either doesn’t do anything or does something stupid like that. Complete embarrassment.

Get rid of both ASAP. Only positive was mcburnie, v busy this game & worth hanging onto for the championship. Seems to have the right attitude at least.
