Our Gert works for them so we get it free otherwise I wouldn't have it.

She's gone to bed wondering why i've been in a mood with her all night and frequently referring to her employers as a sack of shit. Probably be best to go and explain at some point..

I cancelled after relegation from PL on account of what could best be described as biased reporting. We went back some time later for the kids more than anything.

Don't have S** Sports but do have TV/phone line/internet (for a phone we never use and television which more often than not ends up on Auntie or ITV) with the tossers. Anyone know any alternatives that are cheaper and more reliable and I'll think about binning the tossers off.

With the savings I'll get one of those android boxes or amazon fire sticks and get S** Sports for nowt.

I've got one, £45 one off payment, all sky sports/ BT.

Got it and negotiated lower price for my Sky deal last year.

That said apparently this deal will expire so will need to call them this year to keep it at the same price.

We have two Sky boxes and we do watch varied amount of programs including the sports and record rather a lot as well. So I doubt we would cancel it.

BT on the other hand we might just be cancelling.

I have it on a dodgy IPTV box. I could cancel it, but it wouldn't cost Murdoch owt so I may as well keep it. I feel more morally justified ripping them off now though.

Great company, great pension scheme, great perks and very forward thinking.

Cancelled Sports a while ago and have the absolute basic package along with Phone and broadband. Keep threatening to move but have had mega issues previously with KC, so take the easy option!

I have Skyplus but have always refused to subscribe to Sky Sports. My son has now worked for 18 months and pays Sky Sports weekly now and then despite me discouraging him

No, eBay, put in kodi android, loads of em. Need a good wi fi signal. Works on the same principle, but more pre loaded add ons. Movies, documentaries + all the usual free view stuff.
Just got this and I'm very impressed. Add Sky Go from a relative's subscription and you're laughing.

UTB

Cancelled my subscription a couple of weeks ago. I can get everything I got from them and more from the internet.

I have it half price for another 2 months. Keep it for Cricket and NFL more than football but seriously thinking about a free alternative.

Trouble is I really like HD, Sky Go and the on demand stuff so while I can blag it at half price for the lot, I will keep it.

There’s probably an option missing…

I cancelled Sky Sports at the start of this season. The reason was that I didn’t want to pay to watch the Premier League following the obscene deal which Sky has paid for the Premiership. The only reason I had sky sports was for the F1 and Championship/ Football League games. I don’t remember the last time I watched a premier league game at home (although I did watch a few in Japan)

The daft thing is that the F1 channel is part of the entertainment package and I’ve ended up paying GBP 1 more per month not to have Sky Sports

And the worst part is that I watch quite a bit on catch up when I’m home, things like Game of Thrones etc and stuff on discovery. I know there are other options but Sky is convenient, a decent service and their broadband has been pretty faultless, unlike other providers

I tried Virgin Media for TV, but they’re not in my area yet, so to speak.

Have got Sky, basic package with phone and broadband, also have a Now TV box for when there is the PL Darts and other PDC events on.

Do you have sky and will you cancel it?

Why what's happened is there a reason behind this? It's just I like flicking around 2000 channels and still not being able to find something to watch.

I am guessing you are talking about the Southend game? But if I cancel it I can't watch it :p

It is a bit shit though.
