Is bringing Julian Winter into the club following an absolutely pathetic end of season performance - following one of the worst panic decisions by McCabe - supposed to inspire or interest me? Is reading 'Creating a Platform' or 'Making the Blades a sustainable business' ont' official site designed to bring me back? Take your corporate talk (which when you read into it means fuck all other than we need to sell to be sustainable) and shove it up your arse. If we want to be sustainable, stop employing people like Winter to blabber complete bollocks that is obvious to the plebiest of the plebs and invest that money into something useful.

Second. I know people are down about how we were let down by the team and are desperately trying to solve THE puzzle that is SUFC - but posts like 'Style of football' are completely irrelevant. If a team turns up and parks the bus, play direct. If a team turns up and tries to pass us to death, match 'em. It's not a 'one or the other' scenario. Our lack of flexibility was a massive reason why we fucked it up again and resorting to one style or the other (equally, turning up and expecting us to be something we're not) will not help us.

Third. The seven on the shortlist. I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in McCabe getting this one right. Winter, Green and the rest are a smokescreen. McCabe is the decision maker and he will get this one wrong too. Sheffield United will not make any progress whilst Kevin McCabe is Chairman. We might get to the Championship, but is that progress? As already mentioned, we need someone to come in and call a spade a fucking shovel. But that's not what McCabe wants, he wants a brown noser desperate to get a job.

Finally, Doyle's interview on Radio Sheff last night. Only a short interview, but what annoyed me is Rob Staton asked him a simple question; As Captain, "What sort of manager do SUFC need?". After all the shit we have suffered this season, Doyle's inept displays and lack of leadership ability/quality, his answer was "I don't know". Fuck off, Doyle. Seriously, fuck off. You're dreadful.

Normally I bemoan the fact that the season is over and can't wait until August. At the moment, I have my ST and now I can't be @rsed until August 3rd. I can't even be @rsed about the fixtures coming out

I haven't particularly got a view on Robinson but he has failed to get MK Dons promoted over 3-4 seasons with arguably better players than Danny Wilson had this season. This doesn't mean he's a bad manager as such but I don't understand what he could do with this lot and no backing from McCabe that Wilson couldn't do.
