I've said this before many times, but how would our following look at Wembley and Cardiff if just the die hards were there, wouldn't look too great would it, so why are you happy then and not now for the bandwagon jumpers?
We needed 6 for mk dons and wanted to take all the kids with us for a party day out, between us we could all have got tickets but not sat together because for in demand aways we need a higher amount of points that we don't have, other blades go for us and get them.. so we're not going now due to hanging on for another allocation which sadly isn't coming... I'm not moaning, that's just life isn't it, we will however be seeing the blades through beer goggles at home to Bradford (lads only), and then family day when we lift the trophy with the next generation of blades by our sides...
The need to label other blades as a negative has always confused me, I understand some people's frustration, I mean when in the premier league last time I was shocked at the fans that just seemed to appear out of fresh air but it's better than empty seats an a decent turn out "for sheff u" ..
The short answer is we always turn out for the big games, and if you've made football your number one activity outside of work then youll be pointed up and always be there on an away day, those that get on the bandwagon as you say might just stop on it, I got on 27 years ago..still here after all the ups and downs, you might be slagging the future supporters that we need... so go steady on them.
