It’s already been mentioned but Man Utd WON’T be helping a rival (Chelsea) by loaning them a highly rated goalkeeper.
They will prefer to loan him to a club that won’t be competing for a champions league place who can give him games and develop him.
They would prefer to let him come to us for another year but logic suggests they can push up the loan fee.
It all depends whether we are willing to pay the increased fee and what other options we have.
Man Utd to offer Hendo a new 5 year deal according to SSN:

BREAKING NEWS
Dean Henderson’s future at Manchester United will become clearer in the next fortnight, as talks over a new long-term contract enter a crucial stage.
Discussions over a highly lucrative deal, which would make Henderson one of the best paid goalkeepers in Europe, have been ongoing for several weeks but for now, no agreement has been finalised.
Ed Woodward is due to discuss budgets with the club’s owners later this week – and the scale of United’s offer to Henderson is expected to be on the agenda.

MORE ON HENDERSON'S MAN UTD FUTURE
Manchester United see the young England keeper as their long-term goalkeeping option and are keen to secure him on a new five-year deal.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remains a huge admirer of Henderson and the progress he has made this season – and has not ruled out the option of the 23-year old and present goalkeeper David De Gea going head-to-head for the number one jersey at Old Trafford next season.
Henderson has enjoyed another high class campaign on loan at Sheffield United, keeping 13 clean sheets as Chris Wilder’s men finished ninth in their first season back in the Premier League.
Wilder would love to welcome Henderson back for a third spell at Bramall Lane, but faces competition from a host of clubs trying to persuade Manchester United to loan their talented stopper.
Chelsea are one of a number of clubs who continue to monitor developments at Old Trafford, in case agreement on a new contract is not reached.
Henderson has two years, with an option for a third, left on his present deal.
" Making him one of the highest paid goalkeepers in Europe" Time to move on he's not coming back.
Please take with a pinch of salt but heard yesterday from someone that's fairly close to what's going on at the club and enquired about Henderson. According to him, nothing has been decided yet, Man U have offered him the same/similar terms as Chelsea's reported contract offer and his gut feel is that he won't return next season, hence why interest in other GKs has been ramped-up. Hope he's wrong.
The media talk is Chelsea are prepared to offer £170k a week, so if Man U match that and we loaned him again paying 100% of his wages it’s nearly £9m!
Even if we worked out a deal for say 50%-75% (unlikely) it’s still a lot of money for a loan. I’d love for him to come back, but unfortunately I think it’s time we moved on.

His bird lives in Eckington, hopefully she doesn't fancy a move to Manchester or London
Its hard not to agree with that.At this stage I think I'm more in the camp of going out and getting ourselves our own number 1. I like Henderson but I don't feel he is our long term future.
Baffled by this suggestion that Ramsdale is decent! Where's it come from? because he used to play for us? Rather play Moore than him.Even if Man U want to loan him out again whoever takes him is going to have to pay a huge chunk of his wages.
Its surely time to thank Hendo for his massive contribution and move on to invest money and time into our own keeper.
Ramsdale is 22, just played a full season in the premiership and was Bournemouths best player. He'd be a great signing and play 2 games per season more than Hendo.
We are just delaying the inevitable for another season if we go back in for Henderson. Hes been great this season. with him and the defense being a big part in why we have finished and competed for so long all season. Henderson will never be our player and if we dont sort something now we will still be in the same position at the end of next season. i think it is time to go and bring in our own first team keeper that will grow with this team. we have developed Henderson over a period of 2 years for Man u. they could get over £50m for a keeper that we have spent time and effort in to developing. hes was a big part in getting us up and keeping us up but now i think we go and find that first team keeper to grow for ourselves

Odd mistake? Its come from the 38 Premier league games he has played for Bournemouth this season.
The odd mistake, but in general, outstanding.
He will get better and better, and would be a brilliant signing.
I’m sure she’d hate living in London with her multimillionaire Premier League footballer boyfriend![]()
