Dom's always had the attributes that have been correctly pointed out by
Chali 2na. That's why I was so gutted when he left. People should consider that he only started playing up front at 16 under Nick Cox's tutelage. He's just turned 22, but he's a very young 22 as he's only been a striker for a few years. When this board almst unanimously wrote him off he'd only been a striker for a couple of years, after playing primarily in centre midfield and occasionally on the wing before that.
You can see it in his game at times, particularly in his movement. He needs games at any level, that's the way to develop his weaknesses. That and good coaching. When to arrive in the box, and when and where make the movements for through balls are key to his development. His pressing is good, his link play is excellent, he holds the ball up really well, runs the channels well and is great in the air.. Everton obviously think a lot of him: he's on his third contract already.
