I presume that they applauded the team from the stand, then went home leaving all fixtures and fittings in place

Well done, going to be good memories, but just imagine if all three of you were arrested, now that would be something to tell the grandkids!

This is just about the best promotion season I have seen 4 games to go and all that is left is to win the title what could go wrong? Surely we can get the 4pts required in the next two games, just more time to savour it without much pressure and stress. Not the usual way for United to be promoted this time round, it is usually a last day thing for 2nd spot.

Darlo for me was asked by the lino to move so the blades could take a corner I was having a lie down at the time
I spent quite a bit laid on the touch line with chalk on mi trousers..... which begs the question, where did the lino run? Remember the last few minutes as the pitch was hardly wider than the penalty areas yet we played on!! So many things happened that day that nowadays just wouldn't be allowed to happen. Still the best Blades day out I've ever had........ just..... but I'd love it to be bettered

The referee allowed the last couple of minutes to be played with about 100 people on the pitch. Never seen it before or since.
