Incoming? Danny Rohl?

Chris Wilder, Detector of football.
Danny Rohl Head coach.

Imagine the gallons and gallons of frothy foam across the city.

It’d be absolutely hilarious if it happened. Although I’m not convinced by him actually being as good as they think he is.

Do we all have to add umlauts and German flags to our usernames, like they all did, if he does come? Do we still sing “sausage roll”, ironically?

Have him in a heartbeat

Swap a manager who got 92 points, 28 wins, and finished 3rd, for one who got 58 points, 15 wins and finished 12th.

Bravo. Superb plan...

Although, actually, er, actually I'm not sure it is such a, a ripping plan, in fact...

It's not so much a good plan, as the worst plan, since Hitler's dad said to Hitler's mum, "Lets go upstairs, Brunhilde, I'm feeling a little saucy tonight!"

It's incredible how much he has conned them delusional whoppers and also the local media into thinking he is some kind of world beater just because he picked socks up at Bayern. He is that good he has been touting himself about for 6 months and he is still in the same job. Wilder did a proper number on him last year, could tell in his interview before the second derby game he was lost and didn't know what to do.

They still love him (for some strange reason, hes bang average) and yet he is so obvious hes that desperate to get away that hes applying for any job, yet no one actually wants him.... I find it pretty amusing.

Conversation held place, think it would have gone along the lines of.....

Hello is that sheff utd, its Danny Rohl future chamions league manager.. do you have any jobs going can I be your manager? im really good honest...... "erm no".... okay thanks anyway (crosses another club of his long list).

Isn't the fact that he is still under contract getting in the way of him finding another job... I dont want him here BTW

Not really, never been a problem for any other manager. Just means you have to pay compensation or trigger the clause.

It's been well documented that his clause in his contract for compensation significantly dropped after January, think its just a case of no one wants him.

Im sure hes hoping this month's wages doesn't get paid so he can leave for free.

Danny had conversations with our hierarchy while he was at the sty, surprised it’s not public knowledge by now.

Remember the compensation is triggered in full if he becomes someone else’s MANAGER. Always said we need a bigger team of staff to move us to the next level 🤫👀

I think it’s not unreasonable to assume that those stats would be drastically different if Rohl had the same team at his disposal as what Wilder had. (Not saying I want this to happen though by any means)

Not been problem for any other manager? That sounds a stretch. I suspect its more the higher profile managers in the game that have been released this way. Rohl still has plenty to prove

Isn't it fairly normal practice to shop your CV around competitors when your company starts struggling?

I assumed you skipped passed the part that said, its been well documented that his release clause in January got significantly slashed?

And if hes as good as they all think he is or himself then it shouldn't be a problem to pay it as I said, which going back to what my post was all about originally. No one wants him beacuse hes not very good and hes bang average at best.

I suspect the conversation went something along the lines of “hi, it’s Danny here. Just wondered if it was normal for staff to not be paid? No, you say? Interesting. Gotta go, someone has been feeding me bullshit. Tschuss!”

Surely this is about as likely as Margot Robbie turning up at my front door, naked with a bucket of KFC

You got to love social media rumours .

Pre Sausage, a pig mate posted a selfie , an old one with him and Duncan Fergusson , said he'd just met him and he'd been for an interview at Hillsborough. Did it for a laugh

By close of play that day he was 2nd favourite at the bookies from nowhere.
