It's all about the chippy really, that's all that matters this year and most years.

There's a couple of average boozers on Nantwich Road, I have a red pool ball from one of them in the office (don't ask).

If you're after real ale, then the British Lion had a few on last time I was in, failing that around a mile away is the Borough Arms on Earl Street.

Just tried ringing the White Lion to ask if they have re-opened, but got no answer, therefore I guess they are closed.
