Player Suggestion Creative midfielder.

If we bought God when he was in his most creative streak, we'd probably play him out of position and on the day he downed tools for a rest.

On tonight’s showing it’s hard to be worse than fleck right now. Can only assume his head/heart aren’t in it and his interview wasn’t really an I’m going to fight for my place and keep it kind of vibe more an I made a mistake leaving QPR. Think he’s struggling not being the main man and probably has mentally checked out from here and wants to move somewhere he’s happier and out this behind him

He might want to play football but he’s seemingly not interested in getting himself fit. That’s the reason he was loaned out by Wilder

Was lined out by wilder because we were going to play 2 number 10’s but stuck with the flat 3. As per Wilder himself

I know what Wilder said in public. What he said privately was very different however.
 
There's absolutely no way Daddy Slav is going to be content with Fleck and norwood today.

Expect 2 more players incoming for those positions. The set pieces were an absolute fucking joke today too.

A midfield of Garner-Viera-Berge would be good enough, but its what's infront of them that worries me. Our strikers can all finish, but, and I know this won't go down well but: Mcgoldrick as the sole creator behind two strikers is absolutely not good enough. He was excellent in a top 2 with Duffy behind him as Duffy would do the creativity and he would chip in and we'd all wet ourselves because he was a 9 that was chipping in with a bit of 10 work, so we all kind assumed he could carry that role himself but he can't. He's class don't get me wrong, but he needs someone in that role to play off, he can't do it himself. Basically what i'm saying is it's great he can play in a top 2 and drift into the 10 space but if we are asking him to be the sole 10 he's out of his depth and we create about as much as we did today, fuck all.

Completely agree. He was everything we are now looking for in a creative midfielder before he came here. A midfield diamond with Vieira at the base, Berge and Freeman in front and Didz at the top and I doubt we're bemoaning a lack of creativity any more.
 
I hate the saying ’it will be good enough or they will be good enough for this league’. It’s an amazingly difficult league about the Sixth best in the world.

Three managers of experience have now decided not to use him, so I guess there is something we do not know about or see.

You're probably right. It's just such a shame as he was the one I was most excited about when we signed him a couple of years ago.
