Financial dilemma due to bills and work I can only afford to go to one of these games, the question is which one ?! So thought I'd put it out there to the general blade population, which one would you go to if you could only go to one of the two games?

Coventry could confirm promotion. Bradford could confirm the title (I believe) however Bradford is on Sky so you should be able to a decent *cough* stream *cough* perfectly legal live video.

Bills and work - tell me about it.
Definitely go for the Coventry game. Could be a 'special' atmosphere after their on and off-field shenanigans at the Ricoh against us.

I reckon you'll have to be quick.
Bet ticket office will be busy on Monday.

I'm in same situation and bought my tickets three weeks ago.

You have my sympathy fellow Blade. I remember the days when I struggled financially to make ends meet and the Blades took a back seat to looking after my family.
The point being it is always in your heart even when you hate the situations we're in. Luckily enough you can love this situation. As said above Coventry is the choice. You may find another way to see the Bradford game and with it being Easter there may be a fellow Blade who sees this on here who is away and can lend you their season ticket for the Bradford game. Good Luck and Best wishes.

In these circumstances you take what you can when you can

Coventry is next so get to the game and worry about Bradford after that

You never know what might turn up

You'd feel a bit daft if you missed the Cov game and then won the lottery

Mind you, maybe you wouldn't

ShorehamRevolution Go to the Bradford game, they're a much nicer club with much nicer fans. A pleasant bunch.

Added to this, they have an ex Blade as manager, trying to play an attacking brand of football to create chances, rather than settling for not losing.

A bit risky this one and some would rightly argue plain stupid. But, if you can find an extra 3 quid on Wednesday put a quid on 4-0 , 5-0 and 6-0. I did it against orient in the cup 6-0 was 66/1 risky but if it comes in there's your Bradford ticket and a couple of sherbets to celebrate promotion.

Make your own mind up.

Ones a night match , ones on SKY . Ain't rocket science is it . Use you common sense .

If it comes down simply to cost, Bradford is category A and Coventry B. Which means if you go to the Coventry game you have a fiver left to buy a promotion pint.

Then bet the fiver on blades and fleetwood to win. If fleetwood win you have £20 towards the Bradford ticket, if they lose we are up.

I would say go to Coventry too. We may have the title before Bradford, so pick the one where you know now that there's a probability of something happening.

Plus the Bradford game is on tv if you're struggling.

Bradford is more expensive with I believe being a CAT A fixture so given your circumstances I'd go for Coventry. Bradford is on the box so maybe you could just watch that.

I have a spare kids season ticket for Wednesday. You can have that if it'd help you get to both.

Thanks for the insight blades I've got the General feeling that the Coventry game is the one people would opt for and like has been mentioned Bradford is on tv. Anyway thanks to the generosity of a fellow blade and the wonders of Internet forums and private messages I have a ticket for Bradford !

Yes,
If he missed the Coventry game due to finances and then won the lottery

Bit of an extreme analogy but the point most are making us that he should take the next game because you never know what might crop up before the Bradford game

I remember years ago choosing to go to Blackburn on a Tuesday night for a nil nil borefest instead of going to Leicester on the satdi as was convinced we would clinch promotion that night

Think we all know the rest
