As indicated later in the thread it should be unanimous rather than majority. But one way would be for the 3 to have decided Yes, No, and Unsure.

They inference by this statement is that 2 of the referees did not think it was a red card offence , if two had thought it was it would of been a majority decision. But they didn't so fuck Wednesday Coutts plays.
