Yep. I'm a supporter of Adkins. Any signing of Hammond would be a real mistake and eat into his diminishing goodwill.

He surely can't sign Hammond? But, he was atleast trying when Coutts never got out of reverse gear and i have stuck up for him a lot over the last two years, he doesn't deserve to play professional football again after that performance.

No passion, don't want to see Coutts ever again. Different types of players but given the option sooner have Hammond on the pitch. Not great but at least as you say theres some effort.

I would be happy with Hammond on a small wage, predominantly as a coach but also a squad player. The guy tries, his legs have gone. He can do a decent job coming off the bench for 30 minutes every so often at this level.
