There are a couple of threads re how tired the squad is looking so I won't go over the demanding backlog of league and cup games.
But it was noticeable that the club took time to acknowledge that the program and our successes are having on fans pockets in austere times. The past and next few matches are taking a toll on the pockets of the average fan who will go to home games and at least one trip to Wembley but have to pay extra for the cup success.
Fulham home game £10
Forest home game £10
Charlton home game £15
Wembley ticket £40?
Wembley travel £30
Wembley subsistence £25
That's £130 in extra games and we can expect £450ish anytime now for a season ticket that's £480 per adult meaning approx £2,000 for a nuclear average family of 4 all in a few weeks. Dig deep lads we might win and have to do it all again.
But it's worth every penny
