Cooper has serious form in picking up the pieces at a club that is underperforming, with a disjointed dressing room and then vastly improving them.
No brainer for me.

Unfortunately, he flatly refused a previous approach.

Dyche does appear to be the stand out realistic option

He's got a bit of an unfair reputation. He isn't a dinosaur, and his football isn't Tony Pulis level stuff

He's not managed at championship level for a long time. If he dropped back down, he'd be a level above it, and being at a club that suits him would help. And SUFC does suit him

He'd be different but no sort of complete departure from what has served us well

I doubt these owners would want him though. They appear to have their own different, stupid ideas

The football purists would disagree, but quite frankly I couldn't give a shiny shit. He would turn us around quickly and see exactly what most of us can see.

A Wilder type of manager who is experienced? Yes please. CW himself right now? No thanks. We need a break from that (as does he probably). There are plenty who can come in who can see what the issues are, but they are managers not inexperienced coaches.

I have to say, whilst im far from impressed with Selles and his team, and the SUFC board, im livid with the feckin team. They are shwing themselves to be gutless losers. Their attitude and work ethic recently has been appalling. And just think. Some of our heroes will have pulled in the same amount of wages as some Blades fans do in a year. Let that sink in. They need to shape up or fuck off. The lot of em. Including Hamer et co.

I’m trying hard not to be a Negative Nellie but I’m slowly coming round to this way of thinking myself.
