Well that's an improvement at least.
Can I ask what “the Fleck role” is?Would it work for you if we say had
Berge DM
with Hourihane in front?
For me, he can't play the Fleck Role. He has zero defensive attributes and whilst we malign Fleck I think we'd be in for a shock is Freeman or Hourihane played there. I can see him maybe fitting into a Duffy role.
One of the confusing aspects for me is I don't know how we're going to play. 3 or 4 at the back. Wide forwards, wingers of 5-3-2.
He wasn’t poor when he first joined Swansea, far from itHe’s been poor a for a couple of seasons and was pathetic for Swansea in last season’s play offs (subbed in all 3 games).
Pointless cheap option.
The Tinpot Blades are back.
Exactly. That left side looks a lot stronger with davies, RND and hourihane. The academy coaches were saying Ndiaye is far better than brooks was aswell so could already have our £10m attacker at the clubGreat signing
this along with Davies and Ndiaye coming in from the dark is good business.
now Norwood replacement and a winger and a keeper please. 3 in 30 hours.
This 100%If we had signed Hourihane before the season started I wouldn't have been too excited. Now I think this is a great signing! Experience, better than we have at the moment base on current (12 months!) form, can create and doesn't have any mental baggage.
Ndiaye was 21 in March and has played 11 minutes of League football. Brooks was tearing teams apart at 20 and was sold for £11.5m around his 21st birthday. The academy coaches were saying Ndiaye is far better than brooks was aswell so could already have our £10m attacker at the club
I’m just telling you what’s been saidNdiaye was 21 in March and has played 11 minutes of League football. Brooks was tearing teams apart at 20 and was sold for £11.5m around his 21st birthday.
Other posters are saying similar. He might be better than Brooks but is he better than De Girolamo?I’m just telling you what’s been said
You are Aware of ndiayes contact situation ? None of your statement changes the fact that uniteds academy set up think he's a better prospectNdiaye was 21 in March and has played 11 minutes of League football. Brooks was tearing teams apart at 20 and was sold for £11.5m around his 21st birthday.
This didn't age as well as we might have hoped. Norwood has been dreadful for months nowDon't get the love for him. Poor man's Norwood
WYHDPAccording to SS hes having a medical a head of a season loan
Not a dig at you but this is the sort of thing i always here with our young players:Other posters are saying similar. He might be better than Brooks but is he better than De Girolamo?

So I keep reading on here from different posters but I missed that statement from the Academy. Which Academy coach told you that? You are Aware of ndiayes contact situation ? None of your statement changes the fact that uniteds academy set up think he's a better prospect
Went through on the info box above the tickertape m8I’ve seen Villa fans say this too but not sure on the source

Diego was ridiculous at academy level though seriously ridiculous. It’s a fair comparison really Diego, ndiaye and brooks all play that sort of hybrid role of winger/central attacking player. It’s great to hear that ndiaye is highly rated I really hope he is as advertised but from what I’ve seen of him he’s not done the things at junior level that brooks did and certainly not that Diego did.Not a dig at you but this is the sort of thing i always here with our young players:
If he’s a striker- could be the next slew
Midfielder- could be the next De Girolamo
Defender: could be the next kennedy
Why the next Kennedy? His knees were his failing, nothing else. Not a dig at you but this is the sort of thing i always here with our young players:

Midfielder- could be the next De Girolamo
Defender: could be the next kennedy
