Save it Warrington. Some people aren't happy unless they're complaining but that's their prerogative (pay your money and all that), you do make a lot of sense though.

The bit I cant get my head round is how some supporters get so wound up over it! Its football ffs! Most teams have a successful period where everything goes well and after that comes a period of struggle where the money dries up and the team gets progressively worse. It will go back the other way at some point again.....thats football! Every team wants the same thing and sometimes you have to be the loser (so to speak).

I love the Blades and I've played and watched the game since I wer a lad, but there are much more important things in life to argue about and get shirty over. Having a hissy fit over a new signing and ridiculing those who simply want to support is.....well.....there isnt a word for it really.

As far as I'm aware Mr Birch is employed by SUFC and Mr Batho is working for the Blades on a consultative basis.

I wasn't however being ultra specific on who was getting slagged off or their exact roles

It was merely the point that some of us don't give people a chance or actually understand what they do before insulting them.

To be honest, I think Batho's already a dead duck and a pointless move.
When he was appointed was the time to act.
Funnily enough, it turned out we couldn't even pick a decent fans consultant.

Did I really? I honestly can't remember. I think I've done my fair share of heavily criticising McCabe, so it sounds out of character.

I was expecting very little from this window to be honest, as I've accepted that we haven't got a pot to piss in. Given that, I'm not disappointed.

What's the big secret Foxy? What does Batho do for his wedge? What is he doing and why isn't he telling us?

Also, what does Birch do for his circa £300k? I'm sure Birch's skills mean that he could probably earn more elsewhere if he really wanted to but why is a relatively small business like SUFC with imo a relatively easy set of financial circumstances or set of circumstances no different any other business (ie save every penny) paying a chief exec circa £300k. I would say £150k for someone to run a business like SUFC.

He's fans liaison and two things that people wanted changing were the entrance music and Tom Hark. Both have been sorted.
