Kind of surprised to see you boot Adkins. But Wilder has certainly done the business with Northampton and Oxford on his route to yours. Think he builds decent solid units without spending too much.
Wonder if he has any players in mind to bring with him, either way, hope he get's the backing to rebuild at yours this summer.
Seem to think I can almost remember him playing for us (Brighton), so any ex-player of ours is a definite thumbs up from me!

Welcome Aboard Chris. You must be a real headcase to take this job. I'm sure you'll have been given commitments by the board with regard to supporting you in player recruitment etc. but a word of warning - DON'T FUCKING BELIEVE A WORD. They'll do whatever they want with no regard to how it impacts your ability to do the job, including selling the best players from under you at the first sign of anyone willing to pay money - and if it goes wrong, they'll blame you.

I sincerely hope you buck the trend and can succeed or at least make it impossible for them to sack you, but you're going to have to do something a bit special if you're not to simply become another ex Sheffield United Manager who was not allowed to see a job through.
