Hey, this is a professional football club we are talking about - they are not a web design house.
When it comes to the core competency of the club they are totally professional and accurate.......oh! Hold on - I see what yer mean.

This is Sheff utd, where all is done on the cheap. Not good.

It's actually FL Interactive to blame for this one.

Every single club website that was part of the initial agreement is absolutely snided with bugs.

As someone who works in the industry, it astounds me just how poor they are.

The new official site is horrendous. It's even worse that the old design; too many widgets, very slow and doesn't work properly with my iPhone (and I'd assume other smartphones).

I can't believe how inept these club wesbites are. I only use ours now for ticket news, all the rest I obtain from here as it's easier to use. I'd assume other people don't visit as frequently either. Therefore the club will be losing lots of potential revenue due to low user figures and hence not as many people using the ads.

It is quite ridiculous. Anyone could take a 5 day course on web design and come up with something more functional than the website we've been stuck with.

I struggle even to find ticket news. I spent ten minutes looking for the number of the ticket office last month before giving up.

What browser are you using? Works fine on Chrome.
It's Chrome that I'm using. Can't get into several of the news reports, eg Pompey team news, and when I press the submit button on the complain form it either goes into a loop or invites me to press submit again. I'm hoping that it actually submits it every time - in which case they'll have about 50 versions of the same complaint!!

Is it a JavaScript problem???? Is JS disabled?

Me too, was trying to find what category the last game was so my mate could get a ticket and all they had was ticket info for games that had already happened then the next home game with any info was in December, its shite. Having dealt with PTV and FLI I can understand why its so terrible

Unbelievable - you try to tell them that links etc aren't working and the complaint form doesn't work either. You couldn't make it up....

Have you tried submitting a complaint?? Theres a form on the website for it...

The Pompey team news doesn't work in any browser - the link it points to is sucf.co.uk/news, therefore it just loops on itself if you click. Tested on Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Glad it's not just me - DW is obviously keeping his cards close to his chest!!

Leave complaints about the back room stuff to Mic. He always manages to speak to the right people in the club:D
Its on the field that matters (frustrating though it is that you cannot buy tickets easily).
