Colours & colour blindness

That rule is specifically written to ensure that in instances like this Bayern wear their away kit to create greater contrast.

I thought the game on Saturday between Man City and Southampton was more of a kit clash even though both teams were wearing different coloured shorts and shirts.

How did you get on with that?

I'm red-green colour blind - but for those that don't know that doesn't mean just red and green are issues.

Like I said above - I can totally tell the difference close up side by side - it's just the standard camera shot in busy dynamic situations.

Just wear the other kit - it's that easy!!

Yellow is my total get out of jail free colour - love it for kits - I got the team I used to play for to play in yellow.

Having said that sometimes keepers wear lime green and I have no idea at all with that v yellow.

In a close up I can tell the difference but from the main camera 100m away it's much much harder.

If a player is in a bit of space it's sort of ok, but when a cross comes into a crowded box (for example) and everyone is moving it's just a mass of players and it just doesn't work.

Just wear your white(ish) away kit!!
In that case, you’re right, they should’ve changed Bayern to white kit.

It seems like everyone wears these full kit blocks of colours nowadays. It used to be that shirts and socks were at least lighter for one side.
