I know what he did can't be glossed over , but some football fans want to take a look at themselves , they love to give opposing players unmerciful abuse , some of our " fans " slate our own players , then feign hurt when the player gives some back he's been found guilty so he did something wrong , do people on here think Ched if he was resigned wouldn't get any flak , and would they defend him about paying his debt to society .
If people give it then be prepared to get some back , pity a few posters on here are so thin skinned when it comes to banter .
Jags goal v m'boro is my fav wasn't it our first win also .

Michael Tonge also scored a very good goal from a free kick against West Ham. Almost broke the crossbar on it's way into the net.

Stead v Wigan for me. It mattered and he delivered with total commitment and bravery.

That game and the Chelsea game , turned my son from a Shevchenko / Chelsea fan into the Blade he is now , still have his Jags premier league shirt he used to wear to football training .

Jon Stead against Wigan. Came when it mattered and the bravest goal i have even seen a Blade score.

Still gives me headache thinking about the bang to the head he took for the team

my fav goal was danny webber against wigan to keep us up, in off the post as i remember it and west sham went down as man u battled back and won 6-1 in the dying seconds..........well thats how i remember it anyway )
