This is exactly the game changing investment we have all been waiting for. I'm guessing we are looking at a £1m+.striker and total outlay of around £3m - given the ST sales, big crowds, Maguire money & cup runs.

I've just put a grand on us being back in the Premiership in 3 years.

Clough's track record with signings this season has been far from impressive imo. Obviously, we all reserve judgement as we might be pleasantly surprised, but I won't be banking on it

I wonder how many managers in recent history have been allowed to bring in 16 players (soon to be 20) in half a season, plus add a couple of academy lads in Reed and Kennedy and still end up with a team that relatively speaking is struggling to stay in touch with the top echelons of the division?

Very disappointing for me.
