Chickens coming home to roost?

i really hope we can get a player or 2 in, even if it means getting rid of about 6 of our supposedly promising youngsters. if they arent ever gonna play, after being here for what seems forever, what is the point paying their wages? no idea what the likes of philliskirk, tonne etc earn but if they cant get anywhere near the first team with our paper thin squad in league one...its too much, whatever were paying em. obviously the cresswell thing isnt handy, we dont need him, but we cant really do anything about that.

were crying out for a luke freeman or 2. id swap about 8 of our bit part/no part players for 1 of him.
