If Millwall & Bolton pull away from the respective teams & are guaranteed 2nd & playoffs, is there a chance Sky could choose our game for TV??

Or would they choose the relegation scrap??

Do they even show league 1 last day of the season live?? its been a while since I've cared so I cant remember!!!

No League one games are slated to be live on TV on the final day.

I believe they have been moved to ensure they all kick off at the same time and none are clashing with any other local games being played on a Saturday afternoon.

All Sky games are already announced. They won't show a game when there is full fixture list kicking off at the same time

Could be as there is no midday live game scheduled. First one is Everton V Chelsea at 14:05.

A couple of years ago they had Colchester Vs Preston on the final day. Can't remember if they showed any last year.

Not 100% true. They show premier league last day, I remember from when Man City pipped Manure to the title with the Aguero goal.

Just not sure about the lower leagues

They regularly show at least one game from the Championship on the last day when they all kick off at the same time; when Wednesday got relegated at home to Palace being one example.

That was on the BBC for the whole nation to laugh at. They've not had anything worth paying a license fee for since

Sunday games on Sky usual kick off at 13:30 with the second game kicking off at 16:00.

If they have 3 games on its usually 12:00, 14:05 and 16:10 to give time for the game + injury time and a little round up to take place in between games.

On the 30th the first game is kicking off at 14:05 as mentioned so that would suggest they might have some sort of coverage. I seem to remember in the past they show the "action games" - where teams can go up and go down whilst focusing on one main game. Kind of like "lets see whats just happened at Bramall Lane and how this affects stuff" (although this wont be applicable this year thankfully!).

This could also explain why its not on at 3pm on Saturday as they're not allowed to show any Saturday 3pm games live on tele in the UK (as far as im aware anyway).

Of all the games they could show I suspect one between the champions and an already relegated team will be quite low on the list. Less drama than an advert for chairs.

Sky have a contract to show x amount of lower league games a season... they will wait possibly until the penultimate game before deciding which one(s) to show.. if everything is decided already regarding relegations and promotions there is a good chance the blades game will be shown, especially if we are champions

I can't imagine why Sky would show promted team vs relegated team. Unless Chesterfield pull off some kind of miracle, I would assume it'll be a play-off or relagtion scrap,

Me and my brother had tickets in the Palace end for that game. What a fun few hours that was.

Was that when we beat Ipswich 3-0 away on the last day? We were there and there was a Palace fan in with us, in his shirt and on his own. Top lad.

Should have been Fleetwood-Port Vale in my opinion, by miles the most important game next week. Fleetwood need to win to go up, Port Vale need a win to stay up. Ridiculous decision IMO clearly football reasons weren't behind it

There is the possibility of seeing the game live through the sterling work of some of our fans of Sheffield United if you were to join that Facebook site.
Warning: it is for genuine fans only

What an advert for League one football that will be.
But how much fun would it be if Peterborough won and Bolton got exposed as the second rate garbage they are on TV in front of the nation..........c*nts....... & fleetwood win to condemn them to the play offs to get beat by Bradford!
