"I want to continue playing as many games as possible, and I want to go as far as possible with this team. We are doing so well, so we want to keep that up and aim for bigger things. Doing the double, getting promoted back-to-back, would be a dream come true for Sheffield United, and I would be ecstatic to be a part of that.

All the players collectively believe we can make it. We are such a close team; we all know that it is going to take the team working together. It’s a good feeling where we can always rely on each other and push each other to go forward."...etc

If we go up, what would a realistic bid be?

£4million I'd say.

Sadly as he's a Chelsea player I'd be surprised if they let him go for less than £10million...
Not saying that's what he's worth, just what I'd imagine they'd hold out for.

Chelsea sell young players on the cheap usually to move them out, they will insist on a buy back clause inserted and never exercise that clause so it will be a good deal for us.

I wouldn't want to shell out 4 million quid for him as we'd be bidding against ourselves.

Reading the Chelsea article, JB clearly loves everything to do with the Blades. Feeling part of a new set of players must sometimes be a problem, but not for Jamal.
It probably says a great deal about the other players too, in that they'll have done their best to make JB, as well as any other new player, feel at home. Whatever anyone else thinks of him, I like the guy and think he's a decent prospect. Certainly his height, six foot six inches I believe, has given us a definite advantage. Of course he's raw in some aspects of his game, but we have the coaching staff who can help JB to become a better 'keeper. It's refreshing to read those comments, well done JB.
