No, the whole world knows that he did it, because he admitted doing it.

The only question for the courts to answer was 'it' legal? 12 jurors, and 4 appeal judges have decided 'it' was not.

I'm simply pointing out that he's now exhausted all avenues of appeal, in case anyone thought he could take the matter further. The Supreme Court can only be engaged if the Court of Appeal certify a point of law of general public importance. They were not asked to do so, so far as I can tell. There are no human rights issues capable of coming within the jurisdiction of the ECHR. The fact is Ched now has no option but to do his time. Whether he settles down or not is up to him, I suppose.
