Well, as it's 100% correct, I thought I might. Sorry if it doesn't suit the agenda, but it's true.

How do you know this? Genuine question.

If he didn't want/like him, why have we been turning down bids? Has CW told the board to sell and they've said "OK, but £2m minimum"?

Because it's perfectly apparent from everything Tufty has done and said. He is more than willing to 'sacrifice' Adams to fund recruitment. It could scarcely be clearer. The best clue is the conspicuous absence of "I don't really want Ché to leave" type quotes. We have been turning down bids to secure the best fee we can. We've done well given there's only been one serious bidder.

Whisper it quietly, but he's not all that good, you know...

You may be right pinchy but who knows time will tell, I will make a clever opionion in around five years, I am whispering by the way.

I know this might seem harsh but I just wish Adams would piss off. Doing my head in with this move dragging its feet and another who thinks that its a good move to leave for a higher division when he hasn't made his mark at the present club. If it was me I'd want to leave a club having made an impression. And go and take your hover board with you. That was definitely the turning point for me! If I was one of his team mates I'd have literally chucked that out of the hotel window! Rant Over - feel better!

I think time will tell quite quickly mate, in the shape of 2 or 3 newcomers...

the lad needs to sort himself out, weve all stupid in our youth, well I was for sure, but you grow up an put it behind you. The lad was quite confident when he came in , showed them Spurs f**kers who were chanting at him and thats good, but he hasnt developed much since then as he should. He seems streetwise and theres nothing wrong in that. The move will do him good he needs to kick on now.

He is one of the few remaining players in the squad that can do a game-changing piece of skill. Was it the Rochdale game last season where his first touch from a cross took a defender out before he slotted it in? Does he do that on a consistent enough basis at the minute? Absolutely not. Could he potentially improve further? I think so, and so does Gary Rowett it would seem.

The moment Wilder came in though, he essentially said that if anyone wanted to leave he'd drive them there himself (or words to that effect). He may well get to invest in the team to ultimately make us stronger. But based on recent years that's a far less likely proposition than Adams going on to be a talented player in the leagues above.

Just after Wilder was appointed he watched the U21's final v Huddersfield when our 2 big names up-front were p1ss-poor and looked disinterested. The club are aware of the frequency of nights-out from certain players and are frustrated by one of these on the training ground.

Have we got what we wanted? Yes or Wilder wouldn't have accepted it. He has potential but is raw. Add ons could swell the coffers in the future. I'd say we've got his one pretty much right. We are league one and until that changes we will always be cherry picked. After 6 years it's time you accepted that whether we like it or not.
Happy for Ilkeston as well.

Fucking Birmingham City though, the very definition of fucking mediocrity. Jesus Christ.

Says something about Che then . Mediocrity is a good description of both parties . Birmingham City are saying he ain't turned up for a medical . To be fair to Che , have you ever tried to get out of New Street Station.

On the OS it said "Che Leaves". I clicked the article and it wasn't available. Now the article has disappeared altogether

Can someone explain to me the benefits of making a transfer fee "undisclosed"?

Well it would just be weird not to start a season without selling one of our better players.

Good that it's come one game into the season too so we're well prepared.

It's worked the last few seasons so why change.

I look forward to us definitely reinvesting all of this cash in the first team.
