I don't think it's that clear cut.

While NC point blank said NO when asked about Leon Clarke and Petrucci, when asked as regards Sharp his choice of words was different. No contact been had.

Reasonable to Suspect that Billy remains very much at the top of NCs wish list but the suggestion is that Billy might be seeing how things pan out at Southampton. He has figured in pre season and apparently has looked more than ok. ( see you tube) might make the 25 there, get on the bench and get some game time in the PL.

Not given a chance by Hughton - will be on a fair whack so a loan may suit his bank balance and also suit Norwich who will want him to get game time and match fitness in L1 rather than sell him to a rival, like Watford.

Brighton, Watford and Leeds were interested - Brighton have bought COG and Leeds seem to be in a reight mess so not sure he will want to go back there because of that, yet.

From what I've see for England he bags. Good in the air, very pacey and a good finisher. Would be an ideal partner for Baxter and Diego to play in
