There was one great moment where he just stuck out an arm which Fletcher (?) ran into and was duly flattened...they got a foul for it mind.

Think this lad will feature more as the season goes on and when we need that ‘presence’.

I think phrases like 'scary bad' are a bit melodramatic. I've only watched him in person a few times and on ifollow but I think his confidence has improved since Brentford, especially against Bolton, where I thought his handling and box position was great.

I agree, at times there are a few nervy moments. I thought Norwich had a decent penalty claim when he clipped their player second half. And his kicking can be miskewed. But to say he's been with us a couple of months, having last played league football for Wycombe, he's doing enough to keep the shirt for now.

Whatever his performance, I strongly believe he's bought into the Wilder ethos.

In fairness, I have said he had a good game, but for their second goal he got caught out by the early cross, and switched off from Juao. His body position was also wrong meaning he wasn't able to change direction.
Harsh IMHO, but any coach would state that to be the case.
